1. Scope

3. Conclusion of Contract

The presentation of products in our online store does not constitute a legally binding offer. By submitting your order, you make a binding offer to purchase. We confirm receipt of your order by email. The purchase contract is only concluded upon our express order confirmation.

4. Prices and Payment

All prices are stated in CHF and include the applicable statutory value added tax. Payment is made through the payment methods offered during the checkout process.

5. Delivery

Delivery will be made to the shipping address you provide. Delivery times and costs are displayed during the ordering process. We are not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control.

6. Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you took possession of the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. by email).

7. Returns and Refunds

Returned goods must be in perfect condition and in their original packaging. Upon receipt and inspection of the return, we will refund the purchase price within 14 days.

8. Retention of Title

The delivered goods remain our property until full payment has been received.

9. Liability

We are liable for damages only within the scope of statutory provisions. Liability for slight negligence is excluded to the extent permitted by law.

11. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
